dc.description.abstract | Se presentan las causas de bocio no endémico en 116 niños y adolescentes; el 89.7% Presentó bocio difuso, siendo la Tiroiditis Linfocítica crónica (Tiroiditis de Hashimoto) la principal causa de bocio difuso normofuncionante e hipofuncionante, y la enfermedad de Graves-Basedow, la de bocio difuso hiperfuncionante. El bocio nodular representó el 10.3% de los casos de bocio no endémico, de éstos, el 83.3% correspondió a Patología benigna, y el 16.7% a patología maligna. | es_PE |
dc.description.abstract | We present the causes of non-endemic goiter in 116 children and teenagers; 89.7% had diffuse goiter. The mayor cause of normofunctioning and hipofuntioning diffuse goiter was the chronic lymphocytic tiroiditis (Hashimoto's Tiroiditis) and that of the hyperfunctioning diffuse goiter composed 10.3% of non-endemic goiter cases, from them 83.3% had a benign disorder and 16.7% had a malignant disorder. | es_PE |
