Correlación de la macroscopía placentaria con datos somatométricos y bioquímicos de la madre y el recién nacido en altura

Abstract

El propósito del presente estudio es determinar los patrones del desarrollo placentario y sus repercusiones en el crecimiento fetal, teniendo como entorno las condiciones de la madre, así como la evolución del embarazo y del producto. se seleccionó a 100 madres con recién nacidos a término, clínicamente sanos; en el período entre julio y agosto de 1992 en el Hospital III IPSS de Huancayo. En la madre y el recién nacido se determinó peso, talla, Hto. y se evaluó el peso, espesor y área placentaria. Los valores promedio encontrados: Madre: peso=67.97 Kg. ± 2, talla 155 ± 26 Hto. 40 ± 2. Recién Nacido peso = 3,6060 g ± 9 talla 50 cm ± 1.1. Placenta peso 520 ± 91 área 280 ± 60 espesor 12.5 ± 5. Se encontró una buena correlación entre talla de recién nacido y el peso materno (r=0.48). El peso del recién nacido se encontró que es menor que a nivel del mar y casi similar al de otras latitudes de gran altura. Con referencia al peso de la placenta se observó un mayor peso que en pacientes que habitan en zonas a nivel del mar y similar al de otras latitudes de gran altura y mediana.

The object of the present study is to determine the placental development patterns and their repercussions on fetal growth, having as reference the mother conditions as well as the evolution of pregnancy and product. 100 mothers with clinically healthy, full-term neonates were selected, between the months of july and august, 1992 in the IPSS Hospital III-Huancayo. lt Was specified the weight, height and Hto. of the mother and newborn, and also the weight, thickness and placental area were evaluated. A good correlation between newborn height and maternal weight (r = 0.48) was found. lt was also found that the neonate weight is lesser than the one at sea level and nearly similar to the other latitudes with higher altitude. About the placenta weight, we observed more weight than in patients who live at sea level and similar to the other latitudes with median and higher altitude.
