dc.description.abstract | Objetivo: Conocer las percepciones acerca de la atención recibida de los pacientes oncológicos intervenidos en el servicio de cirugía de un hospital de la seguridad social de Chiclayo. El estudio: Se utilizó un cuestionario validado por expertos a los pacientes intervenidos en el servicio de cirugía por tener un diagnóstico neoplásico del aparato digestivo entre junio a setiembre 2014. Hallazgos: La mayoría de participantes fueron de sexo femenino (56,7%) y provenientes de zona urbana (43,3%). Los pacientes refirieron estar “de acuerdo” con la presentación de los médicos del servicio (73,3%), con la atención brindada por los residentes e internos (96,7%), con la buena presentación del personal de enfermería y técnicos (83,3%) y con el adecuado servicio de hostelería del servicio (96,7%). Por otro lado consideraron “en desacuerdo” con la presentación del consentimiento informado (96,7%), con la orientación de su médico tratante (76,7%), con los cuidados de enfermería respecto a su problema de salud (56,7%), con la infraestructura del servicio (93,3%), con el confort en el servicio (97,7%). Conclusiones: Hubo conformidad del paciente con el aspecto del personal de salud, y la atención del interno y residente. Sin embargo, hubo disconformidad con el consentimiento informado, la infraestructura y atención de su médico tratante y la enfermera. | es_PE |
dc.description.abstract | Objetive: The aim of this study is to know the
perceptions about the care received from the cancer
patients treated in the surgical service of a social
security hospital in Chiclayo. The study. We used a
questionnaire validated by experts to the patients
operated in the surgical service for having a neoplastic
diagnosis of the digestive system between June and
September 2014. Findings. The majority of
participants were female (56.7%) and from urban areas
(43.3%). Patients reported "agreeing" with the
presentation of the doctors of the service (73.3%), with
the care provided by the residents and interns (96.7%),
with the good presentation of the nursing staff and
technicians (83.3%) and with the adequate hotel
service of the service (96.7%). On the other hand, they
considered "disagreement" with the presentation of
informed consent (96.7%), with the guidance of their
attending physician (76.7%), with nursing care
regarding their health problem %), With service

Conclusions. There was patient compliance with the
appearance of the health personnel, and the care of the
