dc.description.abstract | Objetivo: Identificar la frecuencia del bullying en los internos de medicina en los hospitales del departamento de Lambayeque mayo 2015. Materiales y métodos: Estudio descriptivo, transversal y prospectivo, realizado en 5 hospitales del departamento de Lambayeque, de los cuales se contabilizó un total de 138 internos de medicina de los 4 servicios de rotación principales medicina interna, pediatría, cirugía y gineco-obstetricia de cada hospital, aplicándoseles la escala de Cisneros, que evalúan si existe violencia en su entorno laboral; se calculó medidas de tendencia central tales como la media, mediana, moda, media ponderada; así como también las medidas de dispersión que incluye el rango, varianza y desviación estándar, para ello se utilizó los programa Megastat y SSPS versión 19. Resultados: el bullying está presente en 62.9% del total de internos de medicina siendo el HRL (29,3%) y HRDLM (14,7%) lo de mayor frecuencia, además se observa mayor frecuencia de bullying en sexo masculino (71.2%), menor o igual de 25 años (57,5%), UNPRG (32,9%) y del servicio de Gineco-Obstetricia (34,2%). Conclusiones: la frecuencia de bullying es de 62,9%, siendo mayor en el Hospital Regional Docente "Las Mercedes" y el Hospital Regional de Lambayeque, menores o iguales de 25 años, procedentes de la UNPRG y los rotantes del servicio de ginecoobstetricia. | es_PE |

internal medicine in hospitals of the department of
Lambayeque may 2015. Material and Methods:
descriptive, transversal and prospective study
